Refund Policy

Instructor-Led Masterclass Courses

1. General Policy Overview

Our instructor-led masterclasses are premium, limited-seat, live learning experiences that involve advance planning, instructor time, and resource allocation. As such, refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.

By enrolling in a masterclass, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

✅ Full Refund (100%)

A full refund is available if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Refund request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date
  • The participant has not attended any live session
  • No course materials, recordings, or resources have been substantially accessed

⚠️ Partial Refund (50%)

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The refund request is made within 48 hours after the first live session, and
  • The participant has attended no more than one live session, and
  • Less than 25% of the total course duration has been completed

Partial refunds are granted at our discretion.


❌ No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made after 48 hours from the first live session
  • The participant has attended more than one session
  • Course recordings, downloadable materials, or private resources have been accessed
  • The course is marked as “Non-Refundable” on the sales page
  • Missed sessions due to personal reasons (schedule conflicts, travel, illness, etc.)
  • Dissatisfaction due to expectations not aligned with course difficulty, pace, or outcomes

3. Special Cases

Course Cancellation by Us

If the masterclass is canceled or rescheduled by us:

  • You will receive a 100% refund, or
  • You may opt to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort or a different course.

Instructor Substitution

In rare cases where the original instructor is replaced due to unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be issued, provided the replacement instructor is of equivalent expertise and the course scope remains unchanged.


4. Transfer Policy (Alternative to Refund)

Instead of a refund, you may request:

  • A ONLY a one-time transfer to a future cohort  of the same course, or a different course with same cost or if the cost changes you may need to pay the extra if it exceeds or we will refund the extra amount if the cost is less.
  • course credit (valid for 24 months) toward another eligible program.

Transfer requests must be made before the second live session.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [hi@neps.in] with:

  • Full name used during enrollment
  • Course name and start date
  • Reason for refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


6. Payment Gateway Fees

Any non-refundable payment gateway or processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.


7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect enrollments already in progress.
